You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to be helped.
I believe knowledge is power. Giving you the resources to make good decisions about your own body and health is at the heart of everything I’ve built here.
Endo Endurance Project Mission
My mission is simple: to listen and to educate.
I created Endo Endurance Project because I was tired of Googling in circles, leaving appointments feeling dismissed and trying to make decisions without enough information. I’m not a doctor — I’m someone who has lived with endometriosis and spent years learning everything I could about it.
This is the resource I wish had existed at the start of my journey.
Everything here is grounded in science, filtered through lived experience and built with one goal in mind: to help you feel less alone and more informed.

The Real Impact of Endometriosis
%
Over 10% of people assigned female at birth are impacted by endometriosis – and this number reflects only those who are diagonised.
It can take anywhere between 8 to 13 years for someone to get an actual diagonosis and thus receive proper care.
Scientists estimate that there are over 1.5 million species yet to be discovered in the depths of the ocean.
